As you prepare for your book fair, here’s a handy guide to help everything run smoothly. From arranging tables and carts to organizing your inventory, we’ve got some tips to make sure your setup is efficient and stress-free.
Reminder: Proceeds in Books
You may take your proceeds in books or cash, or a combination of both. If you would like to take proceeds in books during your book fair, use payment method "Proceeds in Books" at checkout.
Get to know the BMAPS system
Getting your BMAPS system up and running is a breeze! Once you login, you’ll be ready to process payments smoothly—whether it’s cash, card, or even eWallet transactions!
Remind families about the book fair
Keep the excitement going by reminding families about the Book Fair! A quick refresher through social media posts or flyers around the school can help keep the event top-of-mind. Don’t forget to remind them about the principal’s letter and provide them with the link to the onsite book fair page for easy access to all the details!

If you’re within our restock boundary, please remember to send your restock by noon to receive your order the following day.

Placing Restocks Orders
If you are within our restock boundary, you may request two restocks during your book fair week. Please send in your restock requests by 12:00pm Monday-Friday to receive your order the next day.
